Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training slot, with the remaining balance due before the session begins.

Terms & Conditions FAQs
Is a deposit required for services?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure our Canva Template Design services. This deposit will be credited against the final invoice.
When is the balance payment due?
The balance is due upon project completion and must be paid within 7 days of the final invoice.
Are revisions included?
Our services include up to two rounds of revisions per design or template provided. Additional revisions are charged at £50 per hour.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a project is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Who owns the designs and templates?
Full ownership transfers to you upon receipt of the final payment. Preliminary works and unused concepts remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Do you use Canva Pro for designs?
Yes, designs are created using Canva Pro, which may include Pro elements. Editable designs require a Canva Pro account or the client must cover any licensing fees. Non-editable formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG) are available for clients without Canva Pro.
What about licensing for stock content?
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses for any stock images, fonts, or music not provided by Canva. Any content you provide must have the correct rights or permissions.
